We are hiring CDL-A drivers!

Local drivers are home EVERY night.

Regional drivers are home EVERY weekend OR they can stay out for a few weeks at a time. It’s DRIVER’S CHOICE. Many drivers alternate this option week to week.

Our Philosophy

We want our drivers to be successful during their time with XTL. The management team does everything it can to support this goal including balancing home time with lanes that drivers prefer to run.

We do not force dispatch. We do not let drivers sit at shippers or receivers for extended periods of time. Our load planners schedule several days in advance so that drivers know their next load and can plan their hours of service.
