Anthony Cerone - Chairman Anthony has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation and warehousing industry, much of which was spent on the supplier side of the 3PL market. Anthony also has extensive experience in the international transportation field, in which he partnered with a Belgium shipping company, and developed and managed a barge operation for a partner in Puerto Rico.
Anthony's primary responsibility is to assist XTL's partners with their logistic and service issues.
Louis Cerone - President Lou is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for the warehousing and distribution division of XTL. This division is responsible for the storage and delivery of more than 5 million cases of wine and spirits annually, for retail stores in the regional marketplace. Lou also oversees XTL's boxcar cross-docking operation, which is a new, growing division of the company.
Lou's primary responsibility is to ensure the dependability and reliability of the company's daily logistics operations.
Thomas White - Warehouse General Manager Tom has more than 20 years of warehousing experience. Tom manages all aspects of the day-to-day warehousing and retail store delivery operation for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's Southeastern, PA regional distribution center. Prior to XTL, Tom managed warehousing operations in the truck assembly industry.
Tom's primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and on-time order fulfillment for the PLCB.
Timothy Spielman - Director of Safety, Driver Recruiting, and Driver Retention Tim has more than 15 years of experience in the transportation industry. His primary responsibility at XTL is hiring and retaining the safest drivers in the industry. It is mandatory that all new hires be checked thoroughly, by conducting MVR checks, criminal background checks, credit checks, prior employment checks, a multiple step driving test, alcohol testing, and drug testing. Tim conducts quarterly mandatory safety meetings, holds weekly impromptu stand-up safety conversations, and developed and manages a Safety Bonus Program for all incident-free drivers.
Anthony (Buddy) Aiello - Director of Fleet Maintenance Buddy has more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, with previous positions including Manager for a regional truck line, and the Operations Manager for a long-haul truck line.
Buddy's primary responsibility is to ensure that all of the equipment is in top working condition for the safety of our drivers and the dependability of service for our customers. Buddy is responsible for the maintenance of more than 150 pieces of equipment.
William Barrett - Philadelphia Truckline Manager Bill has more than 20 years experience in dispatching in the residental and commercial furniture moving business ranging from local household moves to national business relocation accounts. Bill draws on his experience of handling oversized and fragile merchandise with the highest level of customer service. Bill manages the day-to-day local and regional dispatching of drivers as well as the customer service for those partners in the regional area.
Bill ensures that the transportation needs of our customers are met according to their requirements.
Frank Munafo - Regional Sales Manager Frank has more than 25 years of sales experience in the transportation industry. Frank's focus is on developing relationships for the transportation of general commodities and dedicated fleet accounts within the mid-west marketplacerequirements.
Anne-Marie Byrne - Business Development Manager Anne-Marie has more than 20 years of sales experience in the logistics industry. Anne-Marie is solely responsible for the business development of XTL's robotic distribution center.
